Dinner Worthy Salads
In a medium-size bowl, place chopped Romaine, fresh arugula and fresh chopped dill. Then add finely diced celery, thin slices of radish, slices of cucumbers and cherry tomatoes halves. Add dried cranberry, chopped walnuts, fresh pear, goat cheese and lime juice. Itβs definitely a favorite at any dinner party and the first bowl to be emptied. Bon Appetit!
