Piazzetta Marketplace and Restaurant

In collaboration with Il Mulino New York, Acqualina is thrilled to announce the opening of Piazzetta, a modern marketplace and restaurant concept which will transport guests to an Italian town square set in South Florida Riviera amidst the breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. The Tuscany-inspired marketplace and restaurant in Miami Beach offers light meals, bottled wines, olive oils, sauces, caviar, brick oven pizzas, crostinis, paninis, salads, meats, teas and a coffee corner boasting twenty one specialty coffees in a relaxed and inviting setting. Guests and residents are invited to enjoy the luxurious surroundings of Acqualina's indoor and outdoor spaces while savoring in an assortment of Piazzetta's signature dishes and offerings. Daily specials include Roasted Marinated Chicken and Grilled Wild Tiger Shrimp by Chef Michael Mazza of Il Mulino New York.

The Piazzetta atmosphere evokes an all-day Miami Beach dining experience in a casual and social setting inspiring of an overall feeling of convenience, comfort and luxury. The spacious outdoor seating overlooking the Atlantic Ocean allows guests to celebrate food and breathtaking scenery simultaneously. The indoor table and lounge seating offers a warm and stylish place featuring wood flooring, Calacatta Gold marble dining tables including a beautiful ten person communal table. Piazzetta also features two display counters, one with gelato and the other offering artisan cheeses and pastries. A sushi bar is also available beginning at 5pm daily.

At Piazzetta, guests may choose to dine-in or take-away the finest fresh, prepared and gourmet foods as well as purchase a variety of merchandise including Il Mulino's famous pasta sauces. Piazzetta also offers a Wine Corner featuring a wide variety of wines from around world with an emphasis on private vintages. The restaurant's Wine Corner also has a collection of Italian current wines including Chianti Classico's and Brunello's from Tuscany. The indoor open dining space allows guests to peruse specialty wines, select dessert options and socialize with other guests. Piazzetta's Maître D' Stefano Righi and specialty Pizza Sous Chef from Naples, Roberto Canonico will be visible personalities interacting with guests throughout the day.

Piazzetta at Acqualina is open to the public Monday - Sunday from 11am - 11pm.
