Guests are encouraged to arrive at the Spa 60 minutes prior to their treatment time in order to enjoy a welcome refreshment of freshly prepared teas and organic nibbles; unwind in the Relaxation Lounge and Heat Experiences including the Crystal Steam Room, Ice Fountain, Experience Shower, Spa Pool, Jacuzzi, Roman Waterfall and Sun Deck. With ESPA Time, decisions are unnecessary. Simply reserve Time with the Spa and your therapist will guide you through the treatments ensuring your spa journey is tailored to your needs of the moment in time. ESPA Time is only performed by highly skilled therapists that can perform both face and body treatments. ESPA Time is scheduled for a minimum of two hours; over three hours will automatically include a delicious and healthy spa lunch.
PRIVATE SPA
The Private Spa, with its own steam shower for two, is the ultimate personal Spa experience for couples, friends, or family wishing to retreat in total privacy. The Private Spa experiences may be extended to include additional hours of therapy or relaxation time.

Full use of Private Spa Facilities, freshly prepared Spa teas and exotic fruits, two hours of ESPA Time each and a Healthy Spa lunch.

ESPA BODY TREATMENTS
CHAKRA BALANCING WITH VOLCANIC STONES (1 Hour 50 Minutes)
A perfect treatment to relieve deep-seated tension and muscular stress. Skin brushing, exfoliation and an ESPA facial cleanse begin the treatment. The body is massaged with blended aromatherapy oils and Ayurvedic infusions, combined with the use of hot stones to release tension, working on the vital energy points and chakras around the body. This treatment ends with a deeply soothing head massage to relieve stress from mind and body.
STRESS RELEASING ABYHANGA (1 Hour 50 Minutes)
This treatment is ideal for those experiencing high levels of stress or poor sleep patterns. The body is exfoliated with a salt and oil body scrub before a gentle facial cleanse. After a shower, the Ayurvedic marma-point massage uses a warm infusion of oils and herbs. Pressure is applied to the vital energy centers of face and body to gently release tensions and restore vitality. This ritual concludes with a deeply relaxing Shirobyhanga head massage or Shirodhara (oil pouring to the third eye through the scalp).
SHIRODHARA SCALP TREATMENT (20 Minutes)
The Shirodhara is a profoundly relaxing treatment where the therapist pours a stream of warm oil over the forehead. It calms the central nervous system and integrates the mind and body.
BODY WRAP (1 Hour 5 Minutes)
Improve your skin's texture and restore your body's balance with your personalized body wrap. Lymphatic skin brushing and body exfoliation is performed before the application of your chosen Aromatherapy oils and your choice of detoxifying algae, moisturizing Marine Mud or therapeutic Oshadi Clay. These results-oriented wraps end with a soothing head massage.
SALT AND OIL SCRUB (20 Minutes)
Carefully blended sea salts and essential oils have been combined to help remove dead skin cells. The oils will be slowly absorbed to help restore lost vitality and protect against dryness. This treatment is an excellent way to prepare your skin for an ESPA body Massage or to be combined with an ESPA Intensive Facial. Choose from the following blends: Relaxing, Invigorating or Detoxifying
CONTOUR AND FIRM BODY TREATMENT (1 Hour 50 Minutes)
A specialized treatment to stimulate the circulation and lymphatic systems, concentrating on problem areas that are prone to cellulite, fluid retention, and uneven skin texture. After exfoliation comes a vigorous detoxifying massage and application of warm marine algae. Reflex pressure points on the feet are activated and lymphatic drainage massage is undertaken in the eye area, gently helping to reduce puffiness and dark circles.
ORGANIC SUN-LESS TAN (50 Minutes)
Choice of manual application or air brush is available. Achieve a natural looking tan while nourishing the skin. The treatment includes an invigorating full body exfoliation using aloe and apricot kernels, followed by a full body application of organic, chemical free, lightly scented self-tanning lotion.
ESPA INTENSIVE FACIAL (50 Minutes)
Skin analysis will be given by experienced therapists using a specialized Wood's lamp to determine the ideal facial for each individual's skin. The products and techniques are individually tailored to visibly improve the condition of the skin and enhance its appearance. Each facial includes specialized triple-cleansing techniques, refining exfoliation, steam, gentle extractions, acupressure facial massage, an intensive face mask, and hydration. To gain maximum benefits, regular facials are recommended at least once a month.
ESPA SUPER ACTIVE FACIAL (1 Hour 20 Minutes)
ESPA Super Active facials are performed by hand-selected, highly qualified therapists to deliver luxurious and results-driven experiences, the benefits of which can be seen immediately. These three prescriptive treatments use products scientifically proven to treat specific skin conditions and begin with an in-depth skin analysis using a Wood's lamp to identify skin conditions not visible to the naked eye. There are three facials; the Super Active Toning, Lifting and Firming Facial, which helps to improve the tonicity and firmness of the skin and combat signs of aging. The Super Active Calming and Soothing Facial helps cool and comfort irritated skin that is prone to redness, sensitivity and heat flushing while the Super Active Repairing and Restoring Facial has been designed to help counter the effects of harsh products and aggressive treatments and helps sensitized skin requiring restoring and rebalancing.
ESPA REFINING ENZYME FACIAL (1 Hour 20 Minutes)
A results-oriented facial providing an intensive cleansing and skin brightening treatment to dramatically enliven dull skin with signs of environmental damage, uneven pigmentation, congestion, and fine lines. Scientifically proven products rich in AHA's, BHA's and anti-oxidants, combined with specialized facial massage techniques, encourage immediate cell renewal to improve the appearance and texture of the skin. Double-cleansing, a refining brush exfoliation, steam and extraction, along with an intense eye treatment and a fruit enzyme mask leave the skin visibly clear, radiant and smooth.
ESPA MASSAGE THERAPY
Choose from our therapeutic selection of holistic massages. Therapist analysis will ensure that you receive a personalized treatment to suit your needs, using ESPA's award-winning aromatherapy massage oils.
SWEDISH MASSAGE (50 Minutes, 80 Minutes)
A truly traditional massage with regulated pressure, which is excellent for releasing knots and tension in the body. Stimulating, strong movements effectively ease a tired, aching back and limbs.
DEEP-TISSUE MASSAGE (50 Minutes, 80 Minutes)
Targeted pressure is used with this therapeutic massage, along with elbows and forearms, to achieve results. Ideal for experienced massage clients who suffer from deep-seated tension.
HOT STONE THERAPY (50 Minutes, 80 Minutes)
This calming massage uses heated stones to relax the mind and eliminate deep-seated muscle tension. Stone therapy is a Native American Indian practice, which has been used since ancient times for healing and restoring well-being.
REIKI (50 Minutes, 80 Minutes)
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress relief and healing. It is administered by "laying of the hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind, and spirit, creating a sense of peace, security and well-being.
REFLEXOLOGY (30 Minutes, 50 Minutes)
During this treatment the therapist applies pressure to parts of the feet. This pressure is meant to unblock the energy stored in our bodies. Reflexology is based on the principle that there are reflexes and areas in the feet that represent every gland and organ of the body.
TENSION-RELIEF (1 Hour 20 Minutes)
A de-stressing massage for the back and feet. Essential oils and aromatherapy massage techniques alleviate tension and tiredness stored in the neck, shoulders and back. A reflex zone foot massage using pressure point techniques completes this treatment and leaves you with a deep sense of relaxation.
MATERNITY MASSAGE (50 Minutes, 80 Minutes)
This special massage is designed for moms-to-be after the first trimester. Gentle yet effective techniques will relieve tension in areas under particular stress, such as lower back and hips, while ESPA oils are used to nourish and protect the skin.

ESPA NAILS AND WAX
ESPA ADVANCED HAND (50 Minutes)
An advanced arm, hand and nail treatment, including a gentle skin refiner and a therapeutic massage incorporating hot stone therapy with the appropriate aromatherapy massage oil, chosen for your individual needs. Hands and nails are dipped in a warm envelopment of paraffin wax to nourish and condition, then wrapped in warm mitts. Polish application optional.
ESPA ADVANCED FOOT (50 Minutes)
An advanced foot and nail treatment including gentle skin-softening exfoliation and a relaxing acupressure point massage with the appropriate aromatherapy massage oil prescribed for your individual needs. The feet are then enveloped in warm paraffin wax to deeply nourish and condition the skin, leaving the feet soft and smooth. Polish application optional.
ESPA MANICURE (20 Minutes)
This luxurious hand treatment includes a deep cleanse and exfoliation followed by warm soak in a blend of ESPA's Mineral Sea Salts and Restorative bath Oil. Hands are polished to perfection.
ESPA PEDICURE (50 Minutes)
This luxurious foot treatment includes a deep cleanse and exfoliation followed by warm soak. Feet are soothed in an envelopment of ESPA Deeply Nourishing Body Cream, finishing with a relaxing application of lavender balm, then polished to perfection.

ESPA MEN
MEN'S FACIAL SHOULDER AND SCALP MASSAGE (50 Minutes)
Specifically designed for men, this relaxing facial works at a deep level to purify, balance, and hydrate the skin. Triple-cleansing and steamy hot towels are used to soothe and soften the skin and facial hair. A relaxing massage of the face, shoulder and scalp leave you feeling relaxed and de-stressed.
DEEP CLEANSING BACK MASSAGE (50 Minutes)
Suitable for muscular tension and problematic skin on the back, neck or shoulders, the back is deep cleansed, body brushed and exfoliated to help stimulate circulation and cell renewal, then calmed and relaxed with an aromatherapy massage and marine mud mask. Lower legs and feet receive a deeply relaxing massage while the mask takes effect.
BACK AND FEET THERAPY (1 Hour 20 Minutes)

BACK, FACE AND SCALP MASSAGE WITH VOLCANIC STONES (1 Hour 50 Minutes)
This treatment targets the classic areas of stress, from headaches, neck pain and shoulder tension to the effect these have on the skin. A stimulating, deep cleansing back exfoliation is followed by an intensive back massage using volcanic hot stones and aromatic oils to melt away tension. The personalized ESPA facial follows, ending with a stress relieving scalp massage. The result is re-hydrated, revitalized skin, a cleansed and powerfully massaged back, and deep relaxation.

You are encouraged to arrive at least 60 minutes prior to your appointment to enjoy the exclusive facilities at the Spa. These include the changing areas and the heat and water facilities, consisting of Crystal Steam Rooms, Ice Fountains, Lifestyle Shower, Saunas, Outdoor Pools, and Relaxation Areas. Robes, towels, slippers, and amenities are provided for your personal use during your Spa experience.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please allow 24-hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling of treatments to avoid a 100% charge.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Beautifully presented ESPA at Acqualina gift certificates are the perfect gift for any occasion and can be delivered to you or purchased as a special gift at any time for use during your stay.
SPA ETIQUETTE
Our Spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect other guests' right to privacy and serenity by not using mobile phones or pagers within the Spa. Smoking is prohibited throughout the Spa.
AGE REQUIREMENT
Young adults over the age of 16 are welcome to visit the Spa.

Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect your treatment or use of the Spa facility.
PREGNANCY
We have specially designed treatments for expectant mothers. Please allow the Spa receptionist to assist you in selecting suitable pre- or post-natal treatments for this special time.
