Acqualina Spa by ESPA is excited to introduce our first-ever monthly health and wellness series titled “Extraordinary Themes for Everyday Health.”

Below please find the schedule for April and May. This series takes place on the first Tuesday of every month, at 5:30pm.

The series schedule is as follows:

  • April 4:  Mark Oliver “Simple Techniques to Quiet the Mind” – When the mind stops spinning we find ourselves in the present moment. We long for moments of calm serenity.  Bliss and happiness seem elusive, but there are some very simple actions we can perform to calm the mind.  Join Mark in learning the techniques in quieting the mind.
  • May 2: “Revive and Rejuvenate with Real Food” Chef Maria Cummins will show you how to energize and stop the body’s aging process through the power of real food.  In this 1 hour session you’ll learn how easy and quick these delicious appetizers can be put together, using local fresh and organic ingredients. These foods will nourish your body, help you revive and rejuvenate.
