Christopher Blum brings talent and prestige to the flawless cuisine prepared at the award winning, AAA Five Diamond Hotel. His main responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations of Acqualina’s first-class dining options and full culinary staff.

Blum established himself at Chicago style steakhouse, Fifth Avenue Grill & Old Calypso in Lighthouse Point in Delray Beach, Florida working as a Sous Chef and then as the Executive Chef. Following his position at Fifth Avenue, Chef Blum was the Executive Chef at Hilton Singer Island Oceanfront Resort, Singer Island, FL from 2005- 2009.

From the beachfront gourmet cuisine at Costa Grill, the resort’s renowned custom catering division, creating exclusive menu items for banquets and special events, to overseeing the brand new Piazzetta, Christopher Blum’s broad range creates a fresh and exciting approach to the property and all of its culinary operations.
