Policies

Daily Rates in US dollars, based upon European Plan, are subject to 13% occupancy tax. Rates apply to single or double occupancy. Maximum of 3 people per room. Third adult in room additional $50. No charge for children 16 years old and under staying in parents’ room. Rates subject to change without notice.

GROUP RATES
Group rates are honored for a block of 10 rooms or more. For detailed information on special group rates, please contact sales@acqualina.com or call our Sales Office at 305.936.9088.

DEPOSIT/CANCELLATIONS
Advance deposits are required for all reservations at the time of booking. The deposit is charged to the credit card provided to guarantee the reservation. The amount of the advance deposit varies by season and special holiday/events.

For reservations over the Christmas/New Year’s period, special minimum stay requirements apply.

CHILDREN’S POLICY
Children of all ages are welcome at the resort. There is no charge for up to two children 16 years of age and under staying in the parents’ room. Our AcquaMarine Program offers an array of activities for children and young adults.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Guests may check in after 4 p.m. Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Changing facilities are available for early arrivals and late departures.

SMOKING POLICY
All rooms at Acqualina are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on the private veranda only. Ashtrays will be provided by Housekeeping upon request. Please note: A one-time charge of $500 for the deep-cleaning of the carpets will apply for smoking inside.
