Acqualina Resort & Spa on the Beach partners with YOGiiZA to create the Wellness Weekend Package in October, a three day event designed to relax and rejuvenate guests. The package includes a unique blend of relaxing and muscle building yoga, meditation, a private raw food workshop, cooking demo & lunch and signature ESPA treatments to help guests decrease stress and reclaim their inner zen.
Guests may use their down time to enjoy some of Acqualina’s world-class amenities, including the Crystal Steam Rooms, Finnish Saunas, Experience Showers, private spa pool and heated jet pool with a Roman Waterfall while marveling at the stunning views of the Atlantic at the only AAA Five Diamond resort on Miami Beach.
Guests can also enjoy additional Private Yoga sessions upon request. For locals and residents that would like to participate sans room accommodations, we are offering the yoga sessions and raw food workshop, cooking demonstration at a la carte prices. Beachfront Morning Yoga ($25), Crystal Sound Bowl Healing Meditation ($35), Energizing Chakra Cleanse ($35), Raw Foods Workshop & Cooking Demonstration ($50).
