| ACQUALINA RESORT & SPA ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF DEBORAH YAGER FLEMING AS VICE CHAIRMAN AND PRINCIPAL |

SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FL. (June 22, 2011) – Acqualina Resort & Spa on the Beach, South Florida’s ultra-luxury retreat, is pleased to announce that Deborah Yager Fleming, formerly Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing, has been promoted to Vice Chairman and Principal of the AAA Five Diamond Award winning resort.
“It is with much pleasure that we are appointing Deborah as Vice Chairman and Principal of Acqualina,” said Jules Trump, owner of Acqualina. “Our success over the past five years is in large part attributable to Deborah’s strategic thinking and passion for excellence in guest services. I’m excited about the expansion projects in the works and am confident that Deborah’s leadership will bring them to successful fruition.”
A seasoned hospitality executive with more than twenty years of experience in the luxury hotel industry Yager Fleming will continue to oversee all branding initiatives, public relations, advertising and creative marketing efforts, including new innovative internet marketing, for Acqualina.
Deborah Yager Fleming joined Acqualina Resort & Spa on the Beach in March 2004 after having served as Vice President, Sales & Marketing at Island Outpost, where she managed marketing campaigns for 12 boutique hotels, including The Tides in Miami. She also garnered valuable experience in New York at Leading Hotels of the World where she held senior management positions and implemented the design of worldwide sales strategies and innovative marketing programs.
