The Silver Plume is one of the hospitality industry’s most prestigious nationally acclaimed awards honoring concierge and their management on service excellence both with guests and colleagues alike. Sase Gjorsovski, General Manager of Acqualina Resort & Spa on the Beach embodies the "Best of Class" in the hospitality field and was named 2010 General Manager of the Year.

Sase Gjorsovski, 2010 Silver Plume Award Winner for GM of The Year, joined Acqualina Resort and Spa on the Beach in February 2008 as Resort Manager where he promptly made a notable impression. His esteemed work as Resort Manager, combined with his extensive hospitality experience, provided the foundation for his promotion in September 2009 to General Manager of Acqualina. In November 2009 Acqualina earned the prestigious AAA Five Diamond Award for 2010, which Gjorsovski was very instrumental in achieving. Acqualina is the only hotel on Miami Beach chosen to receive this distinguished award.
In his current role, Gjorsovski oversees all aspects of the property, including hotel and condominium operations and plays a crucial role in the analysis of business performance. Acqualina embraces Gjorsovski’s keen eye for detail and his ability to plan, organize and direct all services for the leading luxury resort. Gjorsovski approaches his role with paramount responsibility, diligence and attention to detail.
