| SUMMER FAMILY ESCAPE PACKAGE |
SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FL. (July 5, 2010) - Acqualina Resort & Spa on the Beach, South Florida’s ultra-luxury retreat, is pleased to announce its Summer Family Escape, an exciting destination package offering family fun and a thrilling beachfront escape in beautiful Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. The best part of the package - the longer you stay, the less you pay! Acqualina most recently received the 2010 Fodor’s Choice Gold Award as one of the Best Hotels for Kids and Families.
The Summer Family Escape package offers guests complimentary spa access, a $40 spa treatment credit daily for up to two adults, daily Continental Breakfast for two, and complimentary valet parking daily. The nightly rates drop as the nights of the guest’s reservation increase. 1-2 night stays start at $375 with 3-4 night stays from $350 and 5 nights or longer from $325. The Summer Family Escape package is available from June 1, 2010 through September 30, 2010.
In addition to the Summer Family Escape Package, Acqualina also hosts the exceptional AcquaMarine Children’s Program Summer Camp, an unparalleled marine biology-based program designed for children ages 5 to 12 years old. The AcquaMarine Summer Camp focuses on all things pertaining to the ocean, creating a fun and engaging way to keep kids learning and laughing all day long. In keeping with its name, the program’s various beach and aqua-themes adventures include relay races, games, swimming, arts & crafts, eco-explorations, obstacle courses, building projects, trivia challenges, and scavenger hunts. Camp will be open Friday, Saturday and Sunday each week from 10 am – 4 pm. Camp will be available Monday through Sunday from July 5 through August 15. Half and full day attendance is available for $35 or $55 respectively.

Saturday, July 10 - Kids Night Out, Movie: The Princess & The Frog, 7:00 pm - 10:30 pm on the Camp Room, $45 per child
Wednesday, July 14 - Survivor Acquamarine, 10:30 am - 12:00 pm on the Beach, Complimentary
Friday, July 16 - Photo Scavenger Hunt, 11:00 am - 12:00 pm on the Camp Room, included in the AcquaMarine Camp fee
Saturday, July 17 - Flip Flop Couture, 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm on the Great Lawn, $10 per child
