Every staff member makes you feel as if you are part of their family as well. They are very genuine; from the dining staff to the beach and pool staff. Maurice and Yang made our morning special with our breakfast in Aaria. Carlos, the manager, was so helpful and professional everyday. Xavier Perez was so kind and warm to our family. He took great care of us on the beach and the pool. He always had towels, chair, etc. ready for us. The concierge staff was so helpful in our dinner reservations and activities. Barbara Soto took personal care for the children with cookies and milk. All of these touches are so important for a resort especially with families. Jose and Vladimir were so friendly and kind to all of us at the beach. We give your resort an excellent recommendation. I also give your staff a lot of credit dealing with guests who were very demanding and not courteous to them. You truly made us feel welcomed and pleased. Kathleen Mannello
