At the Front Desk: Rachele Ibarra was most kind and held a permanent smile.
Bruno Campana was my Bellman and he assisted me with all of my room deliveries and pick ups and also helped in repairing my luggage handle that broke on the way to the Acqualina!
From Banquets: Glenda Barnatan, Simply Amazing! Franco Amendola, Terrific Bartender and Server for all my events. Alvaro Sardina, Another terrific server for my events!
Lazaro Suarez, Served at one of my events and was terrific! Julien Surget, F & B Director at my events.
Bruno Carvalho, Costa Grill Manager - he was everywhere making sure we were taken care of!
Sase Gjorsovski came to meet me in person. This was very impressive and I left feeling that my group was important to everyone including the General Manager!
From Sales I worked with Bertha Vargas and can honestly say that she did everything she could to keep me happy and within budget.
Lastly is Kerry Harter my Catering & Sales Manager. Kerry was with me from start to finish to make sure my event ran according to plan.
