no hallways! It feels like you are in your private suite on a private floor
Even though the Acqualina looks large from outside, it's one of the most intimate 5 star hotels we have had a chance to visit. Very impressive lobby, and enjoyed the fact that once you got to your floor, no hallways! It feels like you are in your private suite on a private floor. All the rooms we toured were beautiful and laid out perfectly - love that the rooms are horizontal to the ocean. Most impressive; the 5 star service shined as bright as the 5 star details in the suites and on the grounds of the Acqualina. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and smiles. The Bellini’s upon check in where a nice treat while Jade was friendly and approachable and gave us a tour of our incredible room and even helped to figure out the coffee machine! Ana Maria met us upon or arrival and gave us a tour of the incredible Acqualina – she was full of charm, friendly and a terrific enthusiasm of her job. Our concierge, Jack, was very personable and gave spot on recommendations which we enjoyed – we were greeted by name and smiles each time we passed by the concierge desk to get to the elevators. Both Ingrid and Kim gave incredible massages and put us at ease for our first ESPA spa experience.
