The Trump Group recently hosted an exclusive broker-only event to celebrate the launch of The Estates at Acqualina\u2019s pop-up sales gallery. The elegant affair was held in the grand salon of the newly completed Mansions at Acqualina. \u00a0The grand event showcased a fleet of Rolls Royces, a Bugatti, and unveiled the development’s house car, a custom velvet red Ghost\u00a0Rolls Royce.<\/p>\n
Guests were invited to an interactive tour of the luxurious property and experienced its resort-style amenities. Each amenity was activated with an onsite expert including a cigar roller in the cigar lounge offering hand crafted cigars, a sommelier providing wine tastings in the wine lounge, a professional poker player playing poker with guests in the entertainment room and a golfer in the golf simulator room.<\/p>\n
Preceding the tours, Michael Goldstein and his distinguished guests were invited to the outdoor infinity pool and lounge area to watch a special performance by the world renowned water ballet company, the Aqualillies, who were adorned in golden swimsuits that glimmered\u00a0in the moon light. Hors d\u2019oeuvres from the celebrated Il Mulino New York were\u00a0served alongside hand crafted cocktails, all followed by decadent desserts. Culminating the evening was a raffle with prizes that included a\u00a0weekend stay at the posh Acqualina Resort and spa treatments from Acqualina Spa by ESPA.<\/p>\n
The Estates at Acqualina, a Mediterranean-style luxury residential development, is an extension of the renowned Acqualina brand. The Estates at Acqualina will include\u00a0Villa Acqualina, a 45,000 square foot amenity building with a \u00a0Formula 1 simulator,\u00a0indoor ice skating rink, bowling, a golf simulator, a movie theater, a billiard room, kids play room, a Wall Street Trader’s club room,\u00a06 pools, a FlowRider and 502 feet of oceanfront living along with\u00a0personalized concierge services. Residences will be priced from $3.9 million to $40 million and is scheduled to be completed in 2019.<\/p>\n
