Gather the plastic bag at the center <\/strong>and fold it like a tiny balloon to make the jellyfish\u2019s head and loosely tie it with a thread. One you\u2019ve secured the head <\/strong>the remaining part of the plastic sheet will become the jellyfish\u2019s tentacles.
