Martin Faurer is the Director of Food & Beverage at Acqualina Resort & Residences, the Five-Star, Five-Diamond resort located in Miami’s Sunny Isles Beach. In this role, Martin oversees the daily food & beverage operation to include the resort’s Costa Grill beachfront restaurant and banquets and catering events. He also collaborates with the restaurant teams at Il Mulino New York and Ke-uH Japanese fusion restaurant and supervises outdoor operations at the resort’s three oceanfront pools and beach. Martin has more than three decades of experience as an integral part of the food & beverage teams at top Florida and Caribbean hotels. Before joining Acqualina, he served as Director of Food & Beverage at The Biltmore Hotel for five years. Throughout his career, he held senior roles with Starwood, Hyatt, Loews, and Marriott hotels. Martin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Denver and a Master of Science from Florida International University. Martin is creative and innovative and works diligently with the hotel team to elevate the guest experience and deliver service excellence.
