Stephanie Trump, one of the visionaries behind the Acqualina brand, is renowned for her impeccable design eye, due in part to her certificate in Interior Design from the prestigious Parsons Design School in New York City. Under her guidance, Acqualina Resort and the Mansions at Acqualina have been outfitted with the finest textiles, sculptures, and one-of-a-kind works of art. She also has her sight set on ensuring that the Estates at Acqualina, the Trump Group’s latest project, delivers “The World’s Finest Residences” in the “World’s Finest Resort.”

With an impressive resume that extends far beyond interior design, one could say that Stephanie Trump, a South African native, has made her mark in today’s society. However, if you ask Stephanie, she would tell you that her greatest career accomplishment has been her involvement in the I Have a Dream Foundation (IHAD). Children have always been at the center of Stephanie’s heart and with a Master’s degree in Education, Stephanie has always believed that with knowledge comes power.

In 1995, the Trump family founded the Miami Chapter of the I Have a Dream Foundation to help change the lives of at-risk children through education.

“This is a unique program in that the Foundation adopts an entire class of Dreamers in an economically disadvantaged school. The Foundation provides the Dreamers with tutoring, mentoring, summer school, college preparatory classes, counseling, as well as pregnancy and drug prevention after-school programs after school. Dreamers who participate in the program are granted full tuition to a Florida college or accredited trade school. It’s been incredibly rewarding to see so many Dreamers who participated in this program go on and become successful lawyers, teachers, social workers, secretaries, business entrepreneurs, accountants, electricians, plumbers, and more,” said Stephanie.

To further support the foundation, Stephanie, along with her husband Jules and his brother Eddie Trump, host an annual Gala where South Florida’s philanthropists, socialites, and local celebrities attend to raise funds and further invest in the future of the Dreamers. 100% of the proceeds are placed into scholarships and operational funding for the children.

The gala will take place this year on November 22, 2016 6:30pm at Turnberry Isles Hotel.  To purchase your ticket to this coveted event or to donate to the cause, please call 305.937.7834 or click here.
