Adding a Personal Touch Through Towel Art

As part of our Dream Maker culture, our team members are passionate about creating unique moments that we refer to as “Wow Stories,” pleasant surprises for our guests. One of the examples showing how we deliver a special touch is through our animal towel art. We have surprised and delighted many guests throughout the years with our fun towel sculptures. Since it’s Easter time, this is your opportunity to make your own towel art of a bunny while at home. We hope you will enjoy this step-by-step video.

A Traditional Recipe For You

We are excited and eager to welcome you again soon to your home away from home.
Until then, we wanted to share this traditional Matzo Ball recipe provided by Aroma Kosher Catering to enhance your celebrations while at home.

Directions:

Step 1: In a bowl, beat the eggs and add vegetable oil, matzo meal, salt and blend together. Add broth or water and mix until it is uniform.
Step 2: Cover and refrigerate for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, bring 6 cups of salted water to a brisk boil.
Step 3: Remove chilled matzo ball mixture from refrigerator. Moisten hands and form batter into balls approximately 1 inch in diameter.
