March Madness – Acqualina Style

By David Kaufman

There’s a mad-dash for fun all month long throughout Acqualina for guests of all ages and interests. Activities and experiences are found across the resort as warmer weather and longer days mean even more time for enjoyment and pleasure. Whether young people painting Easter Eggs at the resort’s AcquaMarine kids’ club or high-speed water sports like jet skiing along the Atlantic just outside Acqualina’s front door, the activities and entertainment options have never felt more abundant.

The AcquaMarine Club has become an institution of sorts at Acqualina, a place kids plan to return year after year to take in the fun while parents enjoy a well-deserved break. For March, AcquaMarine has developed a series of programs and activities tied to the season. Along with that Easter Egg painting and an Easter egg hunt with the Easter Bunny, there are pirate and mermaid adventures and a beach rodeo day. Kids can make a variety of special collages as well as decorate their own bandana and design wooden horseshoes.

For grown-ups, the fun is just as comprehensive – and inviting. There are the hotel’s trio of pools, including one just for adults to enjoy. There’s the crowd-pleasing AquaMermaid experience where guests get to swim and play like these mythical beautiful creatures. Arts and Crafts are available to help soothe and calm creators of all ages. There are even scuba diving classes and scenic yacht cruises along the vibrant Intracoastal waterway.  The pleasures and pursuits are seemingly limitless at Acqualina this month – the only limit, actually, is your imagination.
