| ACQUALINA SPA BY ESPA INVITES YOU TO EXPERIENCE THE HEALING POWER OF ACUPUNCTURE AND TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE |

Acqualina Spa by ESPA, South Florida’s award-winning oceanfront spa, introduces Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine into its holistic and meditative menu of specialty treatments. Guests can now experience the restorative benefits of Traditional Chinese Medicine in an ultra-luxury and elegant setting overlooking the glistening Atlantic Ocean.
Each treatment session is by appointment only and includes a first-time client consultation, Acupuncture Treatment, Moxibustion Heat Therapy, and Cupping Therapy, as determined by Acqualina’s licensed acupuncturist and board certified Chinese herbalist, Dr. Danielle Kassin Strauss. Dr. Strauss holds a Master of Science Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Acupuncture and Massage College in Miami, Florida.
“Acqualina Spa by ESPA is excited to introduce personalized treatments with healing power of Traditional Chinese Medicine in an elegant beachside setting,” said Blanca Albor, Spa Director at Acqualina Resort & Spa. “As with all of Acqualina’s spa treatments, each session of Traditional Chinese Medicine will be customized according to the client’s needs and designed to provide the maximum health benefit.”
The initial acupuncture treatment session is $150 for 60 minutes, with follow-up sessions at $135 for 60 minutes. Guests are encouraged to arrive at least 60 minutes prior to their appointment to enjoy Acqualina Spa by ESPA’s facilities including Crystal Steam Rooms, Finnish Saunas, Ice Fountains, Experience Showers, Relaxation Lounges, private spa pool and heated jet pool with a Roman Waterfall. Herbal Remedy consultation appointments are also available by appointment only.
Traditional Chinese Medicine has been practiced for more than two thousand years to identify and treat patients for a disharmony (or imbalance) in the functions or interactions between the human body and the environment. As a holistic therapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine can simultaneously treat a variety of health issues. Acqualina Spa by ESPA’s Traditional Chinese Medicine sessions are available Tuesdays from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Fridays from 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. For spa appointments, please call the spa reception desk at 305.918.6844.
