Dear Sasha, my wife and I want to personally thank you and your staff for a most wonderful stay at Acqualina. We cannot say enough good things about the hotel and its people. The service was truly five-star, with all the trimmings. The Sunny Isles location is perfect; on the best beach in all of Miami. We are looking forward to our next visit, which will hopefully be soon. We were delighted to see so many kids at the hotel, too. While we didn't bring our little ones with us this time, we are happy to know that they would be welcome on future visits. In particular, we'd like to acknowledge the wonderful staff at the front desk who upgraded us to an oceanfront suite on the 28th floor as part of our AMEX Platinum Card benefits. The suite was simply amazing, with some of the best ocean views. The goal of our trip was to enjoy the beach as much as possible, but we have to admit that it was very hard each day to leave that gorgeous room! We could've stayed there for weeks on end. Thanks again to you and your staff for a wonderful and most memorable 10th wedding anniversary getaway. We hope to return soon (with the $100 future credit, thank you again) and will highly recommend Acqualina to anyone looking for luxury and excellence by the sea! Best regards,
