Miami, April 9, 2021 – Acqualina Resort & Residences located in Miami's Sunny Isles Beach is offering a financial incentive to team members at the Five-Star beachfront resort who are fully vaccinated for COVID-19. Hourly team members will receive the equivalent of four hours of pay upon completion of the vaccination.

"At Acqualina, we remain committed to our team members and will continue to invest in their future," said Deborah Yager Fleming, CEO & Partner. "We strongly feel a financial incentive will encourage more vaccinations and make it easier for our team members to receive their shots."

To motivate team members to get vaccinated, Acqualina's Human Resources team is educating team members on vaccination benefits and directing its leaders to allow for schedule flexibility for vaccination appointments for hourly team members and salaried managers.

Acqualina Resort reopened in June 2020 with enhanced health and safety measures in place to create a safe environment for team members and guests. The ultra-luxury resort's safety measures include using innovative sanitation technology in all interior and exterior areas. Electrostatic disinfectant tools combine EPA-approved chemicals with electrostatic molecules sanitize all spaces ensuring that every area of the property has been effectively and regularly cleaned to the highest standard. This is in addition to the resort's superior level of cleaning and hygienic protocols and frequent hand washing, use of gloves, face coverings and temperature checks.
