YOGiiZA Beachfront Yoga Flow
Rise & Shine for a powerful beachfront Yoga sequence that will prepare your body to feel energized and relaxed throughout the day. This private class synchronizes breathe with movement and is designed to unify the mind-body while developing strength and flexibility. Each class will be customized for the guest and suitable for all levels.

Iyengar Yoga
A form of Hatha Yoga that focuses on great attention to detail and the structural alignment of the physical body through the development of asanas or yoga postures. This discipline is considered a powerful tool to relieve the stresses of modern-day life which in turn can help promote physical and spiritual well-being. This class is suitable for all levels.

Ashtanga Yoga
The classic primary series as taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, which helps one develop a sense of discipline, strength and endurance. Practitioners will be challenged in a way that will help them improve their physical practice. This is an intermediate level class though beginners are also welcome.

Energy Cleanse, Breathing & Meditation
This sequence combines light exercise, breath-work and chanting for a powerful mind-body experience. Yogic breathing promotes oxygenation and detoxification, higher energy levels and a healthier body. Meditation assists in developing clarity of mind, focus and concentration. It instills a sense of peace and contentment to support positive changes on our lives.

Restorative Yoga
Learn to use the ancient Yoga practice for Health and Healing. Many Yoga Masters have come to Yoga through an injury or life threatening disease. The Body will heal through diligent practice. This private class will provide you with an understanding of your body mechanics combined with self-exploration looking inward directly at the pain to release it.

Budokon, “The Way of the Warrior”, Yoga
An integral system of mind and body organization which combines yoga, martial arts and mediation. Its main focus is to explore the full range of motion of the body, creating flexibility, strength and balance, changing the way we move and the way we think. Budokon aims for the highest potential of human development, welcoming students of all movement arts and challenging them to take their practice to the next level.

Partner Yoga
Discover how to move in synchronicity with a partner and find ways to enhance your yoga experience. We will move through playful sequences where partners help each other in finding complementary balance, flexibility, strength and gentleness. We will explore new ways of communicating through non-verbal expressions, breath, movement, and trust.

Yoga for the Senses
A unique sensory experience. This class includes gentle movement combined with breath as the aroma of Lavender and Sage fills the rooms with sounds of crystal singing bowls vibrating the heart. Body work is incorporated for a blissful integrative yogic healing experience.

Discussion on the Yoga Sutras & Pranayama
The core principles of the science of yoga have been communicated thousands of years ago in the form of a text called the “Yoga Sutras”. We use this ancient text as the basis for our discussions integrating yogic philosophies and their application to everyday life. Pranayama or the practice of breath observation is the heart of hatha yoga; breathing techniques are engaged for a meditative experience that ultimately transforms the mind and body.

Thai Yoga Body Work
Gives you compression, pulling, stretching, twisting and working energy lines. Allow yourself to receive this ancient lineage and get transported to the land of smiles!
*Massage is done on a Thai mat on the floor, with light and comfortable clothing.
