Marcos Rodriguez is the new Hotel Manager at the Five-Star, Five-Diamond Acqualina Resort & Residences. With more than two decades of luxury hospitality experience, Marcos is incredibly passionate about elevating the guest experience and enjoys meeting all hotel guests to ascertain their well-being and ensure their comfort and enjoyment. Before joining Acqualina, Marcos was the Director of Operations at Jade Signature. He was also the Director of Food & Beverage at St. Regis Bal Harbour where he held several managerial positions in Food & Beverage over 12 years. He began his hospitality career working at Ritz Carlton hotels in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and South Beach. Marcos is a creative and dynamic leader who ensures team member satisfaction and delivers service excellence. In addition, he is a certified sommelier by the Court of Master Sommeliers.
