MIAMI, January 27, 2026 – On Saturday, February 14, 2026, Acqualina Resort & Residences on the Beach invites couples to celebrate love’s most romantic evening with an exquisitely curated Valentine’s Day beachfront dinner set along one of South Florida’s longest and most pristine stretches of sand.
Designed for unforgettable memory-making, the romantic dining experience unfolds to the gentle rhythm of ocean waves lapping at the shore. Guests are welcomed to elegantly appointed tables draped in crisp white linens, adorned with red roses and softly glowing candlelight. Glass lanterns illuminate the shoreline as Acqualina’s attentive service team delivers an evening defined by refinement, romance, and meticulous attention to detail.
The four-course Valentine’s Day menu begins with Lobster Bisque finished with fresh tarragon cream, followed by a Watermelon Caprese with vine-ripened watermelon, heirloom tomatoes and fresh mozzarella. For the main course, select from Herb-Crusted Grilled Australian Wagyu Filet Mignon or Pan-Seared, wild caught Alaskan Black Cod. Dessert is Opera Cake showcasing delicate layers of almond sponge with espresso, silky buttercream, rich dark chocolate ganache, and raspberry sauce. In keeping with Acqualina’s signature approach to personalization, vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, and gluten-free options are available, along with accommodations for special requests.
Complementing the culinary journey, the evening’s menu will feature exquisite Champagne selections including Louis Roederer Collection 246 and Cristal Champagne. Guests may elevate the experience with the Louis Roederer Champagne package, which includes the four-course dinner and a half bottle of Louis Roederer “Collection 246” Champagne.

Valentine’s Day beachfront dinners are available from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Pricing is $295 per person, plus tax and gratuity; beverages are not included. The Louis Roederer package is priced at $350 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
