Celebrate Valentine’s Day at Acqualina Resort with a romantic beachfront dinner on Saturday, February 14, 2026. Enjoy a
four-course menu featuring Lobster Bisque, Watermelon Caprese, a choice of Wagyu Filet Mignon or Alaskan Black Cod, and Opera Cake, complemented by Champagne and live violin music. Tables are candlelit along Sunny Isles’ pristine sand from 7 to 9 pm.

Beginning January 7, Il Mulino will embark on a phased enhancement designed to elevate the space and usher in a refined new chapter, with an official Grand Opening anticipated to early March. Throughout the transformation, the restaurant will remain open and continue to welcome hotel guests, residents, and local patrons.
Indoor seating will be limited during the renovation period, and advance reservations are strongly encouraged to ensure availability. The culinary experience remains unchanged, with Executive Chef Michele Mazza in residence and the full menu, including all signature favorites, served without interruption.

In February, AcquaMarine Kids Club operates Friday through Sunday, with an additional day on Monday, February 16 in observance of President’s Day.
- Morning session: 10am to 12:30pm. Guests may extend until 1 pm with lunch provided between 12pm and 12:30pm for an additional charge.
- Afternoon session: 1pm to 4pm.
- Full day session: 10am to 4pm with lunch provided between 12pm and 12:30pm for an additional charge.
AcquaMarine is complimentary for junior hotel guests and $45 plus tax per session for junior residents. Reservations need to be made 24 hours in advance by contacting the Concierge or dial 305.918.6860.
Family Activities
Join us for engaging family activities, including basketball, cornhole, soccer, and water relays, held daily from 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm (weather permitting). Activities take place at the soccer field, beach, or basketball area.
Please ask the Concierge or pool and beach team for information on the activity of the day. Reservations are not necessary.
Shabbat Services
Shabbat Service, exclusive to Acqualina guests and residents, will be held on Friday evenings in the Mezzanine level. Time for service will be confirmed on Friday morning by the Concierge or Front Desk.

Learn to Swim
Swim season is year-round in Miami. Led by experienced instructor Oscar and the Miami Fitness team, children can build confidence and master swimming skills in Acqualina’s pools. Private lessons are available for ages six months and older, by appointment only, at $200 per hour for up to two participants.
Reservations required 24 hours in advance through the Concierge.

Just a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute drive from the resort, water sports can be arranged directly at Sunny Isles Beach Water Sports, a rental company located north of Acqualina on the beachside. Rentals include: Stand up Paddle Boards, Surf Lessons and more.
