I’ve come here multiple times now and the service never disappoints. This time coming I was set up by Pablo and he did a great job taking care of us. All of the beach staff are great and restaurant staff at costa grill are amazing too especially ones that get to know you like Conrad. After hearing I was going to FSU they wrote me a card congratulating me and it came with a fruit bowl and stuffed animal which was really special. Overall you really feel part of a family here and it’s got to be the best stay in sunny isles.

There is an upside and a downside to staying at Acqualina: the upside is that the resort experience is unparalleled, and the downside is that the resort experience is unparalleled. We’ll never feel the same about any other resort after this. This resort is flawless, from the minute you book the reservation to the moment you leave. The entire staff goes above and beyond in every way possible – there are too many people to call out in a review. Not only was the service exceptional, but so were the facilities and the restaurants on premises – Il Mulino was a particular favorite. We enjoyed the extremely comfortable beds and rooms, beautiful stretch of private beach, and the adult-only pool. Definitely deserving of more than 5 stars.

My girlfriend and I decided to visit Acqualina as a treat and it was honestly such a great experience only being that we were there for one day. In the beginning, we were greeted at the door by Nicholas who led us around giving a quick tour while also giving a brief explanation of how their system ran. He then led us to our Acquabed, which was set up in such a way that I was caught off guard. He then provided us with a fruit bowl which is included and remained attentive to all our need for the day! As we proceeded to our couch, Ivan went ahead and helped us carry our belongings to our set up. He took great care of us throughout our stay ensuring all our needs were met and even helped us on our way out! Overall, 10/10 Experience. I would recommend utilizing all the amenities on the beach!

The hotel is nice, and the beach is one of the best in South Florida, but the beach service is unparalleled; that’s really why we come. At first, we were hesitant to pay a few extra hundred dollars for a beach bed; however, Gianni made our two days absolutely special. We brought our 4-year-old and 10-month-old daughters, and he even set up a crib on the beach for us. The beach couch service is exceptional. Anthony, Thomas, and Kevin were the best. The Spa service was so relaxing; I enjoyed every minute. The beachside dinner was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. As a family that loves to travel, we were very blessed to get to visit the Acqualina Resort. When we had our visit, the workers were very pleasant and kind and were very good at welcoming guests. We very much enjoyed the wonderful service given by each and every one of the excellent workers. The beds were very comfortable with a very nice view of Miami, along with multiple pools, a beach just outside, and many different restaurant options to choose from. This was by far the most wonderful hotel experience we have ever taken part in, and we completely enjoyed our stay.

We came to spend our 10-year anniversary with our two small kids and had the best weekend. Gianni went above and beyond - he set us up with beachfront cabanas equipped with beach toys and floaties for our 4-year-old daughter and even a crib for our 1-year-old! The hotel is immaculate, and the service is amazing. Thank you, Gianni! We will definitely be returning soon!

This hotel is absolutely stunning. It is so clean, the ocean views are stunning, the grounds are beautifully manicured and impeccable. The staff is so friendly and willing to help in any way they can. A special shoutout to Stephanie from the adult pool section; she was friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Mike from security helped me fix my shoe when it broke. When I say this is the best of the best, it’s so true. The housekeeping staff is quick to respond to any of your needs. The concierge is friendly and helpful. The reception desk makes your check-in process seamless and quick. Absolutely would recommend to everyone.

Matthew, our host at the adult pool, was a joy. He was engaging, funny, and brought us little things we didn’t know we wanted like lemonade and cold towels. Not everyone has the knack to read their guests, but Matthew does. He made us feel more than special and made our day memorable.

I have been to this property multiple times and already provided extensive reviews. Our most recent stay was last week. I wanted to take this opportunity to give a shout-out to two servers at breakfast, Gerardo and Jaime. Gerardo has worked on-site for 13 years and provides excellent service. This was the most luxurious upscale family hotel we have been to. The aesthetics of the hotel makes you feel like you are in Mediterranean. The food is the most amazing. 10/10! Il Mulino New York - Miami is the best restaurant we have ever been too! The food, service, and atmosphere is top notch! The breakfast, buffet and outdoor grill was the best food ever!
The pool service is the most spectacular service we ever had. A true royal treatment from the staff. This was all thanks to Adrianna and Juju. They took very good care of my family and I. The best time at this resort was because of these two wonderful ladies!
The staff at this resort deserve the most praise. Every single staff member went above and beyond from the front desk, to the restaurant, to the pool/beach, to the room cleaning. Thank you to every single person that works here we truly had the best vacation because of you all!

My friends and I joined the beach and pool part of the resort for 2 days while visiting in town. Our stay was amazing. Chris arranged for us to be set up on the beach with a bed, cabana, chairs and towels both days. Danny met us at the valet and helped us make our way down to the pool and then the beach. He gave us everything we needed without us even having the ask. Towels, waters, fruits, etc. High quality service ! David, at the valet, was very helpful with getting our car. All of the beach and pool attendants were very helpful as well as we went to different areas of the resort. The 2nd day, there was some rain and all the staff went out of their way to make sure we had a spot by the pool to cover so we didn’t get wet. Once it dried up, we went back to the beach and enjoyed the rest of the day. We definitely felt a taste of paradise during our time at Acqualina. Thank you guys ! We will surely be back :)

We came down to the Acqualina for an escape from the dreary New York weather. From the moment we arrived we felt our worries melt away! Max, who attended to us both days, was beyond attentive, creating the perfect cabana environment for all of us to enjoy conversation and providing all the necessary items. Probably the friendliest service I have ever experienced. Everyone was always asking if we need anything. The rooms were spotless and well appointed, the maids do an amazing job every day making the room feel like no one has been there before you. It was my wife's 50th bday and they surprised us with a chocolate cake champagne and a candle as a gift for my wife. Very much appreciated. The restaurants on site were all excellent. The adult pool is a must if you want serious tranquility. Book a cabana and enjoy what feels like your very own pool. the beach and pool staff are amazing and friendly. Its not cheap but you get first class treatment and amenities here. Definitely on my come back again list. Thank you for making my wife's birthday weekend so enjoyable.

Every visit to the Acqualina is always a wonderful experience! The property is gorgeous and beautifully maintained. You experience the impeccable level of service from the moment you drive up to the property. The valet and door personnel are all friendly and helpful. The really stand-out feature, however, is the service on the beach! We were fortunate to have Gianfranco set us up. He greeted us with a big smile and could not do enough to make our time enjoyable. He checked back frequently to make sure we always had everything we need! The Acqualina does not disappoint!

I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience at Acqualina and their staff. Went with my best girlfriends for an un-bachelorette weekend (I'm in my 50s and getting married in June). My friend, Nancy, was generous enough to let us stay at her residence here, which was absolutely stunning overlooking the beach. We spent our days on the beach Friday and Saturday, and could not have been better taken care of by Max, Marcel, Aris and Conrad. Max, in particular, went above and beyond in not only making sure we had everything we needed but also anticipating our needs, keeping us updated on the weather, bringing us little surprises like refreshing popsicles and champagne toasts. When I said I loved his shoes, he brought me a pair of them the next day! The whole team was so professional, attentive, warm and gracious. On Sunday, we stayed by the pool, and Monica was so sweet and made us feel so taken care of. The property and beach are gorgeous. Everyone is so friendly and un-pretentious. Richard took care of us at the bar and made us the best cocktails ever. I felt so special. Thank you, Acqualina, for making this weekend with my closest friends such an unforgettable experience! Truly appreciate everything your staff did.
