We have enhanced our health and safety protocols at all touchpoints in our operations in accordance with local government officials, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines and will continue to make changes as necessary or appropriate to our procedures. Guests are required to wear a face covering when traversing throughout the property, and there are non-contact temperature checks. Additionally, we increased cleaning and sanitization protocols using Ecolab hospital-grade peroxide multi-surface cleaner and chemicals, physical distancing measures and more. We have outlined our health and safety plan that takes into account the complete guest experience.

A key component of the new guest experience is the Acqualina App providing the continuation of personalized care and attention and keeping with the award-winning Acqualina service.  An iPad is available in all guestrooms and suites and you are also encouraged to download the Acqualina App to your own devices. Features include customizing your stay with special requests such as extra pillows and selecting times for room cleaning and turndown to ordering pre-arrival amenities and easy-to-book restaurant and spa reservations and room service orders and much more. Online cabana bookings can be made and soon you will be able to order food from the app while at the pools and beach.
