Jeff Giasson is Vice President and General Manager of Acqualina Resort & Residences, the Forbes Five Star, AAA Five Diamond resort in Sunny Isles Beach, Miami. A seasoned leader in luxury hospitality and real estate, Jeff brings a deep understanding of the Acqualina brand’s culture, service standards, and commitment to excellence.

Jeff joined the Acqualina family in 2017 as General Manager of The Mansions at Acqualina before taking on a pivotal leadership role at The Estates at Acqualina, where he guided the pre-opening and opening of the landmark $1.8 billion residential development. Under his direction, The Estates quickly distinguished itself as one of South Florida’s most prestigious residential communities. His career also includes key leadership positions with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and St. Regis Bal Harbour, where he oversaw Housekeeping, Guest Services, and Rooms Operations.

Jeff will continue to provide leadership support at The Mansions at Acqualina, ensuring continuity and collaboration across the Acqualina portfolio.
