MIAMI, November 2, 2026 – Stephanie, Jules, and Eddie Trump of Acqualina Resort & Residences proudly hosted the 31st Annual “I Have a Dream” Foundation Miami Gala on Thursday, October 29, 2026, at the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort. The milestone evening brought together friends, supporters, and community leaders in support of the Miami Dreamers — the class of 2032, now in the 7th grade. Founded by the Trump family in 1995, the Miami-Dade chapter continues to serve as a beacon of hope and opportunity for children in underserved communities.

South Florida’s philanthropic community gathered alongside the Dreamers for an evening defined by heartfelt moments, generosity, and celebration. Guests enjoyed a silent auction featuring an array of enticing prizes, including luxurious hotel stays at prestigious destinations such as Round Hill Hotel and Villas in Montego Bay, Hotel Metropole Monte Carlo, Canaves Ena Santorini, Baccarat Hotel New York, and Montage Palmetto Bluff, along with unforgettable dining experiences and award-winning spa packages.

Auctioneer Jay Rokeach led the live auction, presenting four extraordinary journeys: an 11-night Italian escape with stays at Grand Hotel Excelsior Vittoria in Sorrento, Villa Treville in Positano, Hotel Santa Caterina on the Amalfi Coast, and Forte Village in Sardinia; a 12-night African safari adventure with stays at Shambala Private Game Reserve, Victoria Falls River Lodge, Mateya Safari Lodge, Jabulani Safari, Cape Grace in Cape Town, and The Saxon Hotel, Villas & Spa in Johannesburg, complemented by safari experiences, wildlife encounters, sunset cruises, and wellness experiences; a four-night stay for two in a penthouse at Salterra Resort in South Caicos, featuring an island excursion, a guided hike, spa day passes, a couples massage, a private dinner, and round-trip airfare for two; and a luxury voyage for two aboard The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection’s Luminara, with a choice of three 2027 Asian itineraries (Bali to Phuket, round-trip from Tokyo, or Tokyo to Seoul), along with two-night stays through Small Luxury Hotels of the World.

Among the distinguished guests was Rafael Villalobos, Superintendent of Miami-Dade County Public Schools, who delivered a heartfelt address in celebration of the program. Superintendent Villalobos commended Acqualina’s Trump family and the Foundation for more than three decades of steadfast commitment to the students of Miami-Dade County, praising the program as a powerful model of what is possible when a community invests in its children for the long term.

The heart of the evening belonged to the Dreamers of the Class of 2032, who took the stage for an uplifting performance. One by one, each Dreamer stepped forward to describe the work they hope to do one day before revealing the occupation itself, from Mayor of Miami to gynecologist to soccer star, each speaking with remarkable poise and confidence that captivated the room. Moved by their words and enthusiasm, guests rose to their feet in a standing ovation, applauding, waving their napkins, and dancing alongside the Dreamers in a joyous celebration. The festivities continued with a dueling pianos performance set in the center of the ballroom while a DJ kept the energy high throughout the night and a 360 photo booth captured the evening’s fun moments, bringing the Gala to a vibrant and memorable finale.

The evening raised $740,000, and all funds will directly support the “I Have a Dream” Foundation Miami Dreamers, providing long-term academic enrichment, leadership development, and essential resources to help each child realize their full potential. The program guarantees academic tuition for a four-year degree at a Florida state university or an accredited trade school, offering Dreamers a pathway toward a bright and empowered future.

About I Have a Dream Foundation

The Miami chapter of the “I Have a Dream” Foundation was founded by the Trump Family in 1995. The Foundation adopted the entire second grade class (97 Dreamers) at the Charles R. Drew School in Liberty City. 95 Dreamers reached the 12th grade, 83 of them graduated in 2005 on time and 54 graduated from college. In August 2007, the “I Have a Dream” Foundation adopted a new class of Dreamers at Hibiscus Elementary School in Miami, the class of 2020. Out of 107 Dreamers, 96 graduated on time and five graduated in 2021. As a result, 86 Dreamers are now enrolled in post-secondary education. While only 50% of students in low-income communities are expected to finish high school, and only one out of seven will graduate from college, our Dreamers have gone on to become teachers, social workers, secretaries, scholar-athletes, lawyers, and more.

The “I Have a Dream” Foundation Miami Chapter supports 55 Dreamers who will become the graduating class of 2032. These young children will be offered the same opportunities as the classes of 2005 and 2020.
